About the Role

As a Sales Development Rep, you'll play a key role in supporting ListingLogic's growth across ANZ. You'll help identify potential customers, introduce them to our products, support demos and onboarding, and ensure clients have a smooth and positive experience. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn, loves building relationships, and is motivated by helping customers succeed.

You'll gain experience across both business development and customer success, giving you a strong foundation for a career in SaaS sales and account management.


What you'll do to succeed:

  • Learn and build a strong understanding of ListingLogic's products and services.
  • Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers, introducing them to our value proposition.
  • Book and support product demonstrations alongside senior sales team members.
  • Identify cross and up-sell opportunities to assist with revenue growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and leads in HubSpot CRM.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist the Customer Success team with onboarding and day-to-day support.
  • Help nurture relationships with clients by checking in, answering questions, and escalating issues when needed.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure customers have a seamless experience.
  • Support the wider team with sales planning, reporting, and campaign execution.
  • Represent ListingLogic professionally and positively at all times, living our brand, mission, and values.

What we're looking for:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service (SaaS or digital marketing or real estate industry a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confidence to pick up the phone and engage with customers.
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Highly organized with good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable using technology and CRM systems (HubSpot experience a plus).
  • A growth mindset – eager to learn, open to feedback, and excited to develop a career in sales and customer success.
