Rentals Assistant

Are you ready to spend your summer surrounded by stunning alpine views, working with an epic team, and helping guests gear up for unforgettable mountain adventures? Cardrona is on the lookout for Summer Rentals Assistants to join our Rentals team for the summer season

What You'll Be Doing:

• Helping guests find the perfect fit for their bike and mountain carting gear - including overalls, helmets, and goggles
• Presenting safety videos and delivering briefings to ensure guests are well-prepared
• Answering guest questions about the resort and services
• Keeping the rentals area clean, organised, and running smoothly
• Performing safety checks on carts and coordinating with the workshop team for maintenance
• Pitching in with other departments when needed - we're all in this together

What You'll Bring:

• Top-notch communication and customer service skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay cool under pressure
• A friendly, positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically fit and comfortable lifting gear
• A clean, valid driver's licence (bonus points if you've driven mountain roads or fitted chains)
• Handy with tools and basic machinery? Even better
