CNC Milling and Turning Programmer / Setter / Operator (Full Time)

We are currently looking for CNC Milling and Mill-Turn Setter / Operators to join our team at Gloster Engineering Ltd. Based in Hamilton, we operate a modern, well-equipped Workshop and supply high quality components to major Manufacturers throughout New Zealand.

You will be responsible for Operating, Setting Up and Programming CNC machines to produce complex, high precision components. If you are someone who values accuracy , take pride in your work and want to grow with a forward thinking Organisation, then we want to hear from you.

Key responsibilities:-

• Program, set up and Operate CNC Milling or CNC Mill-Turn machines
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
• Use G-code to program or modify CNC instructions (Fanuc, Siemens, or Mazak controls)
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy
• Troubleshoot and optimize machining processes
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment
