The Role

Are you a reliable Class 2 driver with WTR endorsements looking to build your civil career? We're seeking a hands-on Class 2/WTR Labourer to support our Foreman on local civil projects across the Manawatu. This role suits someone confident behind the wheel, comfortable operating machinery, and ready to tackle labouring duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Class 2 vehicles and WTR machinery safely and confidently.
  • Assist with civil site set-ups, pack-downs, and general on-site operations.
  • Complete labouring tasks as required to keep projects running smoothly.

Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, approximately 6 am-6 pm, with half-day Saturdays as required.
  • Flexibility is essential as hours may vary with project needs and weather.

What You'll Need:

  • Class 2 licence and WTR endorsements - both required.
  • Experience driving Class 2 vehicles and operating machinery (advantageous).
  • Physically fit and willing to take on labouring duties.
  • Ability to pass a Ministry of Justice check and a drug test.
  • Strong work ethic and a positive, team-focused attitude.
