Supermarket Assistant

We are looking for 30 retail superstars to join our team. We have just completed a major store renovation and are looking for new team members to join our expanding business. We are located in beautiful Queenstown at 1/12 Hawthorne Drive, Remarkables Park, Queenstown, 9300. Pay rate range for these positions is $24.50-$25.50per hour. Roles are all 40 hours per week however a minimum 30 hours at request of applicant can be considered. Roles all work 1-2 weekend day but hours vary for each role as we operate staff 24hours. This role relates to ANZSCO 6211 Sales Assistant.

Team members must have:

• Good communication skills
• Willingness to learn
• Work well in a team
• Minimum 2 months prior food retail experience required

key tasks, duties and responsibilities

• Helping customers to find products in the store and answering their questions
• Stacking and displaying goods for sale
• Wrapping, preparing and packaging goods for sale
• Serving customers and accepting payment for goods via our point of sale system
• Assisting with the ongoing management of stock such as participating in stocktakes
