About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and professional Nurse Practitioner to join a busy, community-focused Primary Care / GP practice. You'll work closely with GPs, Nurse Practitioners and other health professionals to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care across all aspects of general practice nursing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical nursing support including immunisations, wound care, health assessments, cervical screening, and patient triage
  • Deliver health education and chronic-condition management (e.g. diabetes, asthma, heart health)
  • Support the delivery of recall systems, cold-chain management and clinical audits
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive health outcomes
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure best-practice infection-control standards

Skills & Experience:

  • Current NZ Registration with a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
  • Previous experience in Primary Pare & GP Practises
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and quality improvement
