About the opportunityWe are seeking a Project Manager to join our Quality team. This role is critical to the delivery of Quality Systems projects to enable the achievement of F&P business objectives. You will collaborate cross functionally closely within the Quality and with the wider business to manage moderate and large scale projects to deliver on project objectives. This is a 12 month fixed term role working part-time 3 days per week.
Key Outcomes:
- Developing and managing project plans for moderate and large projects to ensure delivery of business & project objectives
- Manage project resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Utilize project management tools & resources to enable visibility on progress of projects and project risks.
- Organize & communicate on workload capacity of the team
- Organize & coordinate project related forums & events
Impact:
- Enable delivery of projects on time, within budget and planned resource
- Enable visibility of project progress to enable effective decision making
- Enable effective management of team resources
- Tertiary qualification in a technical discipline
- 3 – 5 years Project Management experience
- Excellent people management skills
- Ability to negotiate and drive for end results
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized
- Experience in the Medical Device or Pharma industries, or equivalent exposure to a regulated QMS environment desirable, but not essential
