Job Description

As Night Manager, you'll take charge of the hotel overnight, leading the Front Office team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You'll oversee night operations, handle late check-ins and guest needs, conduct nightly audits, and provide insightful reports to management - keeping the hotel secure, efficient, and guest-focused.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar role or hospitality environment
  • A current Manager's Certificate and LCQ Certificate
  • A passion for service excellence and a calm, confident approach to leadership
