Te Tūranga – About The Role
As a member of the Supply Chain Engineering team, you will be instrumental in maintaining and improving the equipment in our three Auckland distribution centres and a cross dock in Whangārei. Your responsibilities would include:

• Conducting preventative maintenance and minor repairs on various Distribution Centre equipment (e.g. racking, doors, refrigeration, MHE).
• Performing basic building repairs including plumbing, carpentry, and painting.
• Install and maintain signage, barriers, bollards, fencing, and office/warehouse fixtures.
• Coordinating contractor work onsite and ensure safety documentation (JSA/PTW) is in place.
• Supporting compliance efforts including Building Warrant of Fitness and update tasks in the MEX system.
• Assisting with engineering projects and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance safety.

He Kōrero Mōu - About You
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in engineering, asset management, or facility maintenance.
• Familiarity with MHE and battery types; safe use of hand and power tools (welding/lathe skills a plus).
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office; MEX system experience preferred.
• Licences preferred: Car, Forklift, Elevated Work Platform.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, and adapt to urgent tasks.
• Flexible availability to support 24-hour operations when required.
