Exciting news from the Havana team  We are looking for a Finance & Data Systems Analyst to join the Havana Coffee Works family in a permanent, full-time capacity, reporting through toour Commercial Finance Manager Havana.

This hybrid role ensures that Havana has accurate, integrated systems and reliable data, while also turning that data into commercial insights and providing accounting support. It combines commercial analysis, IT & data stewardship, and finance tasks to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy.

In this role you'll own data integrity across ERP, CRM, POS and e-commerce systems, streamline reporting through automation, and create dashboards that give the business real-time insights. You'll also keep the numbers sharp with month-end journals, reconciliations and GST returns, while providing commercial analysis on sales, margins and customer trends

Key to your success will be:

  • Proficiency in Excel and BI tools
  • Data management and reporting skills.
  • Coffee, FMCG, and/or retail business processes
  • Understanding of commercial finance concepts, i.e. margins, ROI, pricing
  • Exposure to ERP/CRM integrations and reporting automation
