By taking a more strategic and agile approach and embracing innovation, we help our clients work towards a responsible, resilient, sustainable future for enduring success.  Job Description The impact you'll make: Join us and support our clients to navigate the latest regulatory challenges, developing and optimising sustainable risk management programmes and  implementing  modern techniques and toolsets which stand up to scrutiny. Together, we can help build resilient  ways to better manage risk that drive progress and ensure organisations are equipped to move forward confidently, free up their resources, unlock growth levers and develop businesses in any regulatory environment.What will your typical day look like?Working directly with senior stakeholders across our key clients in the banking and insurance industryManaging teams on multiple complex client engagements,Helping our clients manage their operational risk landscape, monitor regulatory compliance and deliver transformational change.Helping clients understand the implications of change and risk on their operating environment.Advising clients on designing, implementing, or improving enterprise risk management systems, processes and frameworks to enable effective decision making.Leading teams, coaching and developing junior staff to grow their careers Qualifications Your expertise: Bring your experience of risk management in a professional services or banking or insurance environment to see what impact you can make. You are:Confident working in a professional services, consulting environmentWorking in or for the financial services sector with a general understanding of the New Zealand regulatory landscapeAble to identify varying business requirements, interpret industry trends, and implement modern practicesKnowledgeable in industry practices and in using tools to inform the design of financial risk management governance structures, controls, processes and policiesDriven to design, implement and support our clients to do things differently, allowing them to create capacity and improve productivityExceptional at building strong relationships using your well-developed interpersonal skills. Comfortable managing and leading multiple teams and client deliverables within set timeframesRelevant tertiary qualification, preferably in Commerce, Law, or Technology, or industry equivalent Additional Information Making an impact that matters, together: We are driven by our desire to create positive outcomes for our clients, communities, and people.
