Courier Driver

We are urgently seeking an experienced and reliable Courier Driver to join our growing team. This role involves the timely and safe delivery of packages across Auckland and surrounding areas. You'll be the face of our company to our clients, making customer service excellence a key part of this position.

• Safely operate company vehicles to deliver parcels and documents to customers
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to meet time-sensitive deadlines
• Load and unload goods with care to prevent damage
• Maintain accurate delivery records and obtain proof of delivery
• Provide excellent customer service at all delivery points
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any maintenance issues
• Comply with all road safety regulations and company policies

• Minimum 3 years of courier driving experience in a similar role
• Clean driving record - essential requirement
• Valid full New Zealand driver's licence (Class 1 minimum)
• Excellent knowledge of Auckland roads and suburbs
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Physical fitness to handle loading/unloading of packages
• Professional and courteous manner with customers
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Experience with delivery management systems or GPS navigation
• Class 1 licence with Dangerous Goods Endorsement is preferable
