We're looking for a motivated and organised Kaiwhakahaere Tari – an Office Manager to help lead our day-to-day operations as we prepare to open our kura in 2026.
You'll be the friendly face and steady hand at the centre of our school – coordinating office systems, supporting staff and whānau, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role would suit someone who is proactive, people-focused, and excited to be part of building something new.
Ngā Āhuatanga e Hiahiatia Ana – What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in office management, administration, or coordination roles.
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across the school community.
- A proactive, can-do attitude with the ability to manage multiple priorities calmly and effectively.
- Confidence using digital tools and systems (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar).
- A genuine commitment to kaupapa Māori education and our Te Aratika values.
- Bilingual ability (te reo Māori and English) is an advantage but not essential.
