Our client is a well regarded mid-sized law firm and their property team are looking to appoint an astute and ambitious Senior Associate level lawyer looking for a solid career path to partnership in the future. You will need to have a proven track record gained within a reputable property team and keen to take the next step to solidify your legal career.

The firm are proud of their reputation providing expert legal services to their clients and are seeking a motivated and reliable senior lawyer to join their expanding practice. You will work with a fantastic team of approachable team members and you will be required to take responsibility for files, offering high level legal services.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills;
  • Impressive organisational skills as well as high level initiative, energy and enthusiasm and the ability to follow through;
  • A strong client focus and demonstrated ability to form enduring relationships with team members and clients.

The role

You will work across a variety of property matters including:

  • Large, complex property transactions;
  • Residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, leases and loans;
  • Exposure to all facets of property law, negotiations, dispute resolution and structuring lease and development agreements.
