Store Manager – Blenheim

Ready to lead a high-performing team in one of our busiest stores? We're on the lookout for an experienced and driven Store Manager to take the reins at our Blenheim store in the New Year

This is an exciting opportunity for a retail leader who lives and breathes the surf/skate lifestyle and knows how to bring out the best in a team. You'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the store, driving sales, delivering next-level customer service, and creating a fun and focused team environment.

Our ideal candidate is confident, proactive, and passionate about people. You'll have strong leadership experience, a great eye for product and presentation, and thrive in a customer-focused environment. You bring energy, positivity, and a natural ability to lead from the front, keeping your team motivated and your store looking sharp.

We're looking for someone ready to own the role and make their mark in a fast-paced retail setting. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the store team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Driving sales targets and KPIs with confidence and consistency
  • Recruiting, training, and developing your crew
  • Ensuring visual merchandising and store presentation are always on point
  • Overseeing stock management and administration
  • Creating a positive and motivating team culture
  • Being the go-to person for day-to-day problem-solving and leadership

You are:

  • A retail manager with 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • A confident leader who knows how to inspire, motivate, and grow a team
  • Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service every day
  • Skilled in visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Highly organised, proactive, and hands-on
  • Into surf or skate culture, or keen to dive in
  • Flexible and reliable, with the ability to adapt and respond as needed
  • Available across busy trading periods, including public holidays and summer

Start Date: January 2026

Availability: Tuesday - Saturday
