Circus Ringleader

Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and charismatic individual to lead our circus team at North Shore High School. The ideal candidate will have a passion for entertaining and engaging audiences, as well as a strong leadership and organizational skills to manage a team of performers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute circus performances for school events and community shows
- Manage and train a team of performers, including acrobats, clowns, and animal trainers
- Develop and implement safety protocols for all circus acts
- Collaborate with school administration to ensure all performances align with school values and policies
- Coordinate logistics for circus performances, including scheduling, ticket sales, and equipment rental
- Maintain inventory of circus equipment and supplies, and ensure proper maintenance and storage
- Act as a spokesperson for the circus team, promoting performances and engaging with the community

Requirements:
- Prior experience in circus performance or management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends for performances and events
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
