About the opportunity

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to lead recruitment of salaried roles across T&G's global business. Reporting to the HR Services Manager, this is a 12-month fixed term with an immediate start.

Key responsibilities:

  • End-to-end recruitment of salaried roles nationwide across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Technology, Marketing, and HR.
  • Partner with hiring managers to GM and Exec-level to deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes for their teams
  • Day-to-day oversight of recruitment delivery by our RPO partner in Asia and USA.
  • Provide a responsive and respectful candidate experience that champions our employer brand
  • Utilise your candidate network and sourcing skills to attract the very best talent
  • Support seasonal recruitment campaigns and contribute to wider P&C projects
  • System optimisation and supplier liaison across Teamtailor, OneFlow, Checkmate, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek etc.

About you

  • Senior TA professional with a strong track record of delivery within salaried portfolios.
  • Experience in an in-house TA team with the commercial acumen to understand how corporate functions fit together
  • Genuine care for the hiring managers you support and the candidate experiences you create
  • Innovative approach to sourcing - leverage your candidate network and activate channels that get results
  • At your best in a fast-paced environment - you'll be recruiting 100+ roles per year and the world of fresh produce moves fast
  • Experience in international recruitment (particularly Asia and USA) and/or RPO vendor management would be an advantage
