As a Senior Advisor - Information Management, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of practical solutions that strengthen information-sharing practices and improve data governance maturity across the organisation. This role is hands-on and focused on implementing operational improvements, providing guidance, and ensuring processes are embedded effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Information-sharing toolkit (policies, guidance, templates, and training materials).
  • Information-sharing register for national and regional agreements.
  • Process improvements for reviewing, updating, and auditing information-sharing agreements.
  • Supporting automation tools for creating information-sharing agreements.
  • Assisting with the implementation of data governance frameworks and standards.
  • Helping define and embed roles and responsibilities for data management.
  • Supporting controls and processes to ensure data quality and safe use.
  • Coordinating monitoring and assurance activities for data governance compliance.
  • Promoting data literacy through practical guidance and training.

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of information sharing and/or data governance and management practices and frameworks and how to apply them in a large operational context.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills with an ability to authentically engage with a range of stakeholders and gain their support and agreement.
  • Strong ability to translate frameworks and policies into actionable steps and tools for staff.
