Job Description What you'll do:
You'll take the lead in running the day-to-day operations of our retail pharmacy, ensuring every customer walks away with a smile and that our store runs like a dream.
No two days are the same You'll keep our store buzzing by:
Running the show day-to-day and keeping things smooth
Leading and inspiring our amazing retail team
Creating connections that turn customers into regulars
Streamlining processes so everything just flows
Solving little hiccups — whether it's a staffing snag or stock surprise
Making sure everyone stays safe, happy, and following the rules

Retail Rockstar: You've led the way in fast-paced, high-volume retail environments and know how to make things happen.
People Champion: You've got proven experience managing a team (15–25 legends) and know how to bring out the best in everyone.

Problem-Solving Pro: You're curious, resourceful, and always looking for smarter, better ways to do things.
