We are looking for self starting, high energy individuals to join our team.

To Manager the stock and equipment activity at multiple sites using the relevant stock management systems. The role will also where applicable support with minor equipment repair, stock and equipment deliveries and equipment installations.


Ideal role for some who's been there, done that, and now looking for a part time role between 25 and 32 hours a week

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive incoming orders and verify against purchase orders or delivery notes using the relevant stock systems.
  • Inspect orders for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate department/reject stock as required.
  • Pick and Pack orders for staff.
  • Assist with deliveries of orders to client's sites.
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels and order stock as required
  • Maintain systematic storage procedures to enhance operational efficiency and accessibility of materials.
  • Ensure all materials are appropriately labelled and tagged for easy identification and quick retrieval, adhering to company standards.
  • Apply proper chemical handling practices to maintain safety and regulatory compliance in accordance with industry guidelines.
  • Complete stock takes as per agreed schedule and procedures, entering adjustments into the stock system and highlight and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain the cleaning equipment asset register (e.g. vacuum cleaners) and highlight and investigate discrepancies
  • Where appropriate repair and maintain cleaning equipment
  • As required install relevant equipment (e.g. Hand towel dispensers)

Requirements for the role:

  • Fit and mobile
  • Computer literate
  • Attention to detail
  • Full Driver's License
  • Ability to work within an inventory system
  • Welcoming and Friendly to staff who pick up essential stock and equipment to do their job

Good to have:

  • Ability to assist in cleaning duties when required
  • Understands the Cleaning Industry
  • Ability to do basic repairs and maintenance
