This role will be a great opportunity for a newer Psychologist to see a wide variety of clients and diagnoses, including individuals, couples/families, and group work. Additionally, there will be an opportunity to learn the ACC system and work within a multidisciplinary team environment.

At Health Hub Project New Zealand (HHPNZ) we work as a transdisciplinary team with Psychologists, Nurses, GPs, Physiotherapist, Extended Care Paramedic and Social Worker onsite to offer our enrolled people the very best care. Our clients are very diverse, including but not limited to age, culture, gender identity, socioeconomic status and diagnostic needs. Our Mental Wellness Team offers individual, couples, family and group therapy. No one registered with HHPNZ is turned down for psychological services due to inability to pay. We are fully funded for psychology. This is a challenging and exciting place to work with a wide range of experiences offered. Supportive weekly supervision will be provided by a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 20 years of experience and supported by a second Clinical Psychologist, also onsite, with a special interest in Neuropsychology.

The Ideal Candidate will have:

A full NZ Psychologists Board registration and current annual practising certificate.

Clinical Psychology or General Psychology scope

Experience with assessment and treatment of common psychological conditions such as depression, anxiety, substance use and trauma is preferred but not mandatory.

A membership with NZCCP or NZPS

Commitment to bicultural practice and working in ways that honour Te Tiriti o Waitangi.

A willingness to learn new skills and work across disciplines with a variety of co-workers
