We have a rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist to join our Tribe at Bespoke Physiotherapy & Health in Te Puna - is it you?

Are you a passionate senior musculoskeletal physiotherapist looking to make a positive impact on people's lives? We are seeking an experienced, motivated, energetic and friendly musculoskeletal physiotherapist with a growth mindset to join us.

Position: Senior Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist. Will consider both part-time and full-time applicants.

Start Date: January/February 2026.

Location: Te Puna, Tauranga.

About Us: We are Bespoke Physiotherapy & Health, a leading multi-disciplinary healthcare clinic committed to delivering exceptional care and promoting well-being in our community. Our clinic has been operating since December 2018 and is located in the bustling Te Puna Village (10km from the City Centre) in the sunny Western Bay of Plenty. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive environment for our team members and stand behind our excellent client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of seven physiotherapists, two massage therapists, yoga and Pilates instructors, a hand therapist, a neurologist, a dedicated office manager and an amazing full time admin team. Our purpose-built clinic features ample onsite parking for staff and patients, 8 large treatment rooms, a fully equipped gym, rehab studio and a reformer Pilates studio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of musculoskeletal conditions and develop personalised treatment & rehabilitation plans.
• Provide evidence-based interventions and hands-on therapy to promote optimal recovery and wellness.
• Educate patients on self-management strategies and preventive measures.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Provide support and mentoring to our junior and intermediate level physiotherapists.
• Sideline management with sports teams and/or events.
• Competence in managing a complex case load.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
• Registration with the NZ Physiotherapy Board.
• PNZ Member.
• Hold a current APC.
• Professional Indemnity insurance.
• First aid certificate.

• Minimum of 6 years of private practice experience - ideally in the NZ setting or in a comparable healthcare system (such as the UK, Ireland, Scotland).
• Hold current NZ work rights.
• Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Great time management and ability to work well under pressure.
• Strong interest in exercise prescription, rehabilitation & sports physiotherapy.
