Why this role matters

You'll design and oversee the architecture of AI solutions at Tower, ensuring robust, scalable, and secure systems that align with our business strategy. This is your chance to lead the technical vision for AI platforms and integrate advanced machine learning, generative AI, and automation technologies across the enterprise.

What you'll do

  • Architect end-to-end AI/ML solutions using Azure, Snowflake, and modern MLOps tools.
  • Define and maintain AI solution blueprints, standards, and best practices.
  • Guide the adoption of agentic AI, LLMs, and Copilot for GitHub in solution design.
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and analytics teams to deliver integrated AI solutions.
  • Ensure AI systems are secure, compliant, and aligned to Tower's strategic objectives.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years in AI architecture, engineering, or related roles.
  • Deep expertise in designing and delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
  • Advanced knowledge of Azure, Snowflake, Python, GitHub, and MLOps tools.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data integration, and security.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
