We are seeking a keen Anaesthetic Registrar in our friendly hospital to make a quota of eight Registrars. It is expected the successful candidate has a minimum of 12 months full time equivalent anaesthetic experience. Northland has 12-month accreditation with The Australian and New Zealand College of Anaesthetists.

Although this is nominally a non-training position, your experience will be identical to that of our training registrars. Prior registrars have gained recognition for their time with us to count towards training.

Whangarei Hospital has 9 operating theatres and is the largest hospital in Northland, providing secondary care services for the region, supported by four regional hospitals.
