We're looking for a Recognised Seasonal Employer (RSE) Programme Senior Manager to shape an industry-leading model of sustainability, compliance, and worker wellbeing. You'll lead the strategic and operational management of over 1,000 RSE workers — Pacific Island team members who come to New Zealand under the Recognised Seasonal Employer scheme — building systems that support long-term success and embedding a culture of care, connection, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading our RSE programme to meet MBIE and Immigration NZ standards

  • Overseeing workforce planning, accommodation placement, and visa alignment

  • Championing pastoral care that reflects our Cultural Compass and company values

  • Driving innovation in wellbeing, productivity, and living experiences for Pacific workers

  • Managing financial compliance, reporting, and stakeholder relationships

  • Coaching and developing a high-performing team with heart and purpose

  • Collaborating across departments to ensure seamless operations and data integrity
