Residential Builder

We are a well-established residential building company based on Auckland's North Shore, delivering high-quality renovations and new townhouse builds. With a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for excellence, we are expanding and looking for 2 skilled individuals to join our close-knit team.

The Roles: We are seeking either:

• Qualified Builders / Carpenters, or
• 3rd or 4th Year Apprentices with proven experience and a strong skillset

You'll be working on a variety of residential projects — from high-spec renovations to multi-unit townhouses. Attention to detail, reliability, and a great work ethic are essential.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Framing, cladding, finishing – full-spectrum residential work
• High-end renovations and multi-unit townhouse construction
• Working independently on-site or as part of a small team
• Reading plans, problem-solving, and contributing to a quality build

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Builder/Carpenter or nearing the end of your apprenticeship (3rd/4th year)
• Solid experience in residential construction, including high-end projects
• Ability to work unsupervised with a high level of craftsmanship
• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player
• Own hand tools and reliable transport
