We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Viticulture Administrator to join our National Viticulture Office in the centre of Blenheim. Reporting to the National Vineyards Manager, this pivotal role provides administration support for our viticulture teams in Marlborough and Hawke's Bay,

What you'll be doing

  • Managing reception duties, coordinating mail, courier deliveries, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Processing purchase orders, vehicle registrations, and accurate timesheet data entry.
  • Coordinating viticulture events, workshops, and team functions.
  • Supporting recruitment processes, including phone screens, reference checks, and pre-employment health bookings.
  • Organising external training, annual health checks, and uniform ordering for our viticulture teams.
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of grower reports, seasonal plans, and NZ Wine Growers registration.

What you'll bring

  • 3–5 years' relevant administration experience in a medium to large-scale operational environment.
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ERP systems.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with a drive for results and high attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication, adaptability, and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Passion for wine and/or exposure to the New Zealand wine industry (preferred).
