Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based iHawkes bayfor a Solar Installer. The Solar Installer will be responsible for assembling, installing, and maintaining solar panel systems on residential properties. Key day-to-day tasks include utilizing power tools and hand tools to set up solar systems, inspecting installations for quality and safety adherence, and collaborating with team members to ensure all projects meet compliance standards. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, technical skills, and attention to detail to deliver high-quality installations.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Solar Power and Solar Systems installation and maintenance
  • Proficiency in the use of Power Tools and Hand Tools in construction and assembly tasks
  • Understanding of the Solar Industry, including components, safety guidelines, and regulations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to delivering quality work
  • Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Experience in electrical or construction fields is a plus
  • Relevant certifications, such as working at heights safety training, are advantageous
  • A current and valid driver's license is required
