The Role

East Tiger Ltd. is seeking a Motel Relief Management Couple to support the operations of our well-established motel located near Christchurch Airport, Canterbury. As a casual position, this role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Managing the day-to-day operations of the motel, including check-in/check-out, housekeeping, and guest relations & the help of lawns, hedges, overall tidiness of the outdoors.
  2. Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation throughout the motel
  3. Providing exceptional customer service to all guests
  4. Maintaining accurate records and financial reporting
  5. Assisting with the coordination of maintenance and repairs
  6. Supporting the overall management team as a team
  7. Airport Shuttle during office ours. (Van supplied)

What We're Looking For

  1. Previous experience in a similar motel or hospitality management role
  2. Exceptional customer service skills and a warm, friendly personality
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  4. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  5. Proficient in basic financial management and administration
  6. Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and outside of standard business hours
  7. Clean Drivers license.
