FP&A Analyst

To support this momentum, they are now looking for a talented FP&A Analyst to join them and assist with delivering high-quality financial insights that will enable smart decision-making across the business.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you'll play a critical role in delivering accurate financial planning, insightful analysis, and clear, meaningful reporting. You'll support senior leadership with robust budgeting and forecasting, develop improved reporting processes, and contribute to key projects as they onboard newly acquired businesses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for leaders, the Board, and Private Equity owners.
• Analyse variances and provide managers with financial insights.
• Improve reporting using AI and Power BI.
• Deliver financial insights to the leadership team and CFO.
• Build and maintain financial models for decision-making.
• Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Provide scenario modelling and insights to strengthen planning.
• Assist with reporting and forecasting during M&A integration.

Your background:

• Tertiary qualified; Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred.
• Experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or management accounting, with 5+ years across accounting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to turn data into insights.
• Proactive with a focus on process improvement.
• Familiarity with reporting/planning tools (Power BI, Adaptive Planning) is a plus.
