Winery Chef

Trinity Hill is seeking a Chef or highly experienced Cook to take the reins of our on-site food trailer and bring a fresh, contemporary menu to life. Picture relaxed, delicious, wine-friendly dishes enjoyed on our sunny lawn or inside our buzzing Cellar Door tasting room. If you love the energy of food-truck style service and have a knack for simple food done exceptionally well, this could be your perfect role.

Our visitors come for world-class wines and warm hospitality. Your unfussy but delicious food will elevate every tasting, creating a complete experience that guests can't wait to come back to. We want someone personable, energetic, and genuinely passionate about delivering joy on a plate.

What you'll be doing

• Designing a modern, efficient menu that complements our wines

• Leading day-to-day food trailer operations

• Managing ordering, food costs, safety and compliance (alongside our Cellar Door Manager)

• Training and supporting the Cellar Door team to handle a small menu when the trailer is closed

• Being an engaging presence for guests, adding to the fun and flavour of their visit

The role

• Part-time: Thursday to Sunday

• Daytime hours (we're open 11am-5pm)

• 3-month fixed term, with potential to extend
