Are you an organised, proactive all-rounder who loves keeping an office running smoothly? We're looking for a friendly, capable Office Administrator to join our team as our long-term staff member prepares for retirement in late November.
This is more than just a support role — it's a key part of how we operate day to day. If you enjoy variety, taking ownership of your work, and being the go-to person in the office, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
You'll be the first point of contact for clients and suppliers and play an essential role in keeping our operations on track. We're offering a supportive environment where you can shape the position to suit your strengths.
Key responsibilities include:
- General office administration and support
- Answering phone calls and assisting with client queries (including ETAs on jobs)
- Quoting jobs and liaising with clients
- Purchasing supplies and managing stock levels
- Invoicing and basic accounts support
- Filing and document management
- Coordinating with workshop/production staff to ensure jobs are on schedule
What We're Looking For
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A friendly, professional phone manner
- Confident using computers and software (e.g., MS Office, email, invoicing systems)
- Ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment
- Previous admin or office experience is preferred
- Willingness to learn our systems and industry
- A positive, can-do attitude
