We're looking for a motivated and reliable Checkout Supervisor to lead from the front in one of the busiest areas of our store. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who enjoys a fast pace, thrives on customer interaction, and can keep a team energised and focused.

About the role:

You'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the checkout department. That includes:

• Enhancing customer service and delivering excellent service
• Effectively resolving customer queries and complaints with professionalism and care
• Improve, and ensure processes and procedures are followed
• Training new team members and supporting team performance
• Coordinating with Duty Managers and other departments as needed

What we're looking for:

• Proven Supervisor experience in retail, hospitality or customer facing roles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and able to think of on your feet
• Great communication skills and an eye for detail
• Ability and confidence to work under pressure
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, and weekends as part of a rotating roster
