About You

We're looking for motivated, detail-driven professionals who thrive in a team environment and take pride in producing exceptional work. You will bring:

• Trade qualification (NZ or Australia)
• Full NZ working rights
• High attention to detail — essential for high-end construction
• Strong team player attitude and communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans, drawings, and specifications
• Full driver's licence and reliable transport
• IT savvy and confident with digital tools (iPad use required)
• Experience in high-end residential construction (advantageous)
• LBP qualification (highly desirable)
• Good understanding of health & safety obligations
