The role

This renowned consultancy that boasts an impressive international reputation, yet their project management team thrives as a tight-knit and collaborative unit.

They are in search of a Project Manager to hit the ground running with a motivated team on a secured project portfolio. In this role, you'll engage in projects contributing value to the Canterbury region. Your responsibility will be to ensure the successful delivery and management of these projects, catering to clients within an exciting portfolio while working along side industry experts who are there to give you guidance.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for an Intermediate Project Manager who has the ability to build long-term relationships with reputable clients, has good communication skills and enjoys working collaboratively within a vibrant team.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A relevant construction qualification is desired.
  • Highly motivated, able to work independently, diligent and with an eye for detail.
  • Experience in delivering a range of building or infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Client facing experience and comfortable with running meetings.
  • Experienced with NZS3910 contract management
  • Positively contribute to the internal team and seek to add value.
  • Ability to form effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
