We're looking for a forward-thinking
Infrastructure, Cloud and Security Manager
to lead Tegel's technology backbone. This is a strategic leadership role where you'll ensure the reliability, performance, and security of our core systems and networks while driving our cloud transformation journey.

About the role

Reporting to the GM – Information Technology, you'll manage a skilled team of IT professionals responsible for Tegel's infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud operations. You'll oversee the planning, delivery, and optimisation of critical IT systems that enable business continuity and innovation across our nationwide operations.

Key focus areas include:

  • Managing and enhancing Tegel's cloud and on-prem infrastructure environment
  • Ensuring system uptime, resilience, and data security across all business platforms
  • Leading cybersecurity strategy and compliance initiatives
  • Overseeing large ERP environments (preferably Infor M3) and related enterprise systems
  • Managing vendors, budgets, and services delivery to defined SLA standards
  • Providing 24/7 IT support leadership and business continuity management
  • Driving continuous improvement, innovation, and capability uplift within the IT function

What will you bring?

You'll be an experienced IT leader with deep technical acumen and a passion for enabling business success through technology. You thrive in complex environments, think strategically, and lead with both confidence and empathy.

This would be complimented by your:

  • 10+ years' experience across infrastructure, networking, cloud, and cybersecurity domains
  • At least 5 years in IT management or leadership roles supporting critical business systems
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Proven experience with large ERP environments (Infor M3 preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of IT governance, compliance, and services delivery frameworks
  • Hands-on understanding of data centres, virtualisation, and modern cloud platforms
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and competing priorities effectively
  • Familiarity with IT compliance standards (ISO 27001, NIST).
  • Certification in ITIL or equivalent
  • Cloud or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator, AWS Solutions Architect, CISSP).
