This is a contract role, from now through until 31 August 2026, covering a Maternity Leave.
Te Tūranga – About The Role
Supporting our Supply Chain, you'll work end to end supporting multiple distribution centres, transport hubs and corporate based teams.

A busy and varied role, you'll

  • Attract great talent, providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Coordinate pre-employment and assessment style volume recruitment
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to support resourcing needs
  • Support temp to permanent employee conversions
  • Offer and contract management

He Kōrero Mōu - About You

  • You'll be an experienced volume recruiter – thriving off the pace and volume
  • Ideally you will have experience in supporting a blue-collar workforce or operational focused roles
  • You'll be an open communicator – able to work seamlessly with people leaders to understand requirements and with candidates to ensure they have an awesome experience with us
