  • Experience in joinery/cabinet making
  • Know how to use the tools for the trade
  • Know how to read plans
  • Know how to operate CNC machines, edge bands, and saws
  • Know how to install
  • Experience with shop fit-outs (preferred)
  • Have reliable transport.
