About the RoleOur public sector client are looking for a Principal Advisor – Artificial Intelligence to support the ongoing development of AI initiatives. This 6-month contract role involves leading AI strategy and governance, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice on AI theory and ethics
- Develop and implement AI governance standards
- Design and evaluate AI/machine learning models
- Ensure AI solutions meet security and policy compliance
- Drive AI maturity and responsible AI practices
- Collaborate with stakeholders on AI projects
Skills & Experience
- Familiar with AI frameworks, RAI principles, and bias metrics
- Strong knowledge of Explainable AI (XAI) techniques
- Experience with ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR standards
- Advanced understanding of ML/DL paradigms
- Proven track record delivering AI in government organisations
- Knowledge of analytics governance and data management
