We're on the lookout for a creative and organised Digital Marketing & Office Coordinator to bring energy, initiative, and fresh ideas to our growing team. This is a dynamic, hands-on role — perfect for someone who's confident on social media, great with people, and thrives on variety.

As the Digital Marketing & Office Coordinator, you'll be the friendly face of our office and the creative mind behind our digital presence. You'll support our team across marketing, sales, and operations — ensuring the Today Homes brand is always presented at its best.

Your day could include:

• Creating engaging social media content (photo, video, and written posts)
• Updating our website with new homes, imagery, and news
• Assisting with marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and community events
• Preparing and formatting legal and sales documents - attention to detail is key
• Supporting the Director with PA-style tasks
• Keeping the office organised and ensuring everything runs smoothly
• Greeting clients and managing reception duties

We're looking for someone who's:

• Confident, proactive, and naturally takes ownership of tasks
• Creative with an eye for design, storytelling, and brand presentation
• Comfortable managing social media platforms (Meta, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Organised with great attention to detail and communication skills
• Able to juggle multiple priorities while keeping things professional
• Positive, reliable, and eager to grow in a supportive environment

Experience in marketing, administration, or customer service is a plus — but we're most interested in your attitude, initiative, and energy.
