Planner
 to help us keep our fuel and lubricant deliveries running smoothly across the region.

This is a pivotal role where you'll be at the heart of our logistics operation, working closely with drivers, sales teams, and terminals to make sure everything flows efficiently and safely. If you love solving problems, juggling schedules, and making things happen, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing:

  • Building and managing daily/weekly delivery schedules
  • Coordinating resources and routes to maximise efficiency
  • Working with internal teams to meet customer needs and adapt to changes
  • Monitoring performance and identifying opportunities to improve
  • Supporting a strong safety culture and compliance with NZTA regulations

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in logistics or planning (fuel/lubricants experience a plus)
  • Solid understanding of scheduling, route planning, and resource management
  • Great communication and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence using logistics software (Levno, Geo-fencing, Google Earth)
