We're looking for an energetic and detail-driven Branch Administrator to support our Kawerau branch. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll work closely with the Area Manager to keep our operations running smoothly and ensure we meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities for this position are:

• Manage daily administrative functions with a blend of speed and accuracy that keeps our operations running smoothly.
• Offer day-to-day support to our operational team, being the reliable go-to person in a fast-paced setting.
• Engage in invoicing, debt collection, and financial matters with a keen eye for detail.
• Handle project documentation with precision, preparing monthly claims and variation documents.
• Ensure timely and accurate payroll data entry.
• Offer valuable administrative support during various projects and maintenance periods.
• Maintain unwavering administrative compliance for all our clients.

What you'll need to succeed:

• 1–2 years' experience in administration or customer service (accounts receivable experience is a plus).
• Strong ability to prioritise and multitask in a busy environment.
• Works well with others and confidently on your own.
• Handles confidential information with care.
• Proficient in MS Office in particular excel with strong attention to detail.
• GreenTree experience is an advantage.
• Approachable, with a willingness to travel when required.
• Full and clean Class 1 driver's license
