Mighty Ape is looking for a dedicated Jungle Express Coordinator to join our dynamic Jungle Express team for 12 hours a week. Jungle Express is Mighty Ape's same-day or overnight delivery service. We've successfully delivered over 290,000 orders since late

This role is perfect for students or someone seeking an entry-level role in warehousing or logistics. You'll be crucial in ensuring the efficient delivery of orders, liaising with drivers, and contributing to an exceptional customer experience.Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily optimisations, sortations, and collections for Jungle Express, Jungle Air, and Jungle XL orders.
• Monitor and maintain order volume for scheduled drivers.
• Ensure the Dispatch team accurately and timely fulfills orders.
• Run optimisations through Radaro.
• Liaise with drivers both onsite and through online communication systems.
• Maintain service levels and customer service for Jungle Express.

• Organised and deadline-driven, with the ability to work under pressure and take initiative.
• Comfortable using Google Suite and learning new software systems.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read and analyse data for forecasting and decision-making.

Nice to Have

• Relevant work experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience with Radaro to run optimisations.

Shift Pattern:The shift pattern for this role is Saturday and Sunday, 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM, 12 hours per week. While the days are firm, there is some flexibility of hours for the right candidate.
