Fusion5 is on the hunt for a Senior Consultant who's ready to lead transformative projects and make a real impact. Located in Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch, In this role, you'll take charge of designing and delivering smart, scalable solutions that help our clients achieve meaningful change.

You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their business, map future-state processes, and configure applications that drive measurable outcomes. If you're passionate about solving complex problems and delivering value, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate workshops and document business and functional requirements.
  • Design and configure enterprise systems aligned with client needs.
  • Lead testing, training, and go-live support.
  • Provide expert advisory on system capabilities and optimisation.
  • Build strong client relationships and identify value-add opportunities.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development

What You'll Bring

We look for consultants who foster strong client relationships through trust and empathy, take ownership beyond their immediate responsibilities, apply structured and data-driven approaches to problem solving, demonstrate commercial awareness in managing scope and value, champion innovation and continuous improvement, and actively contribute to team success and capability uplift.

  • 5+ years of consulting or industry experience in ERP, CRM, finance, supply chain, or digital transformation
  • Proven success in leading client engagements and delivering impactful solutions.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and translating requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications are a plus.
