Caregiver - In Home

Are you someone who enjoys helping others and wants to give back to your local community?

We're looking for warm, reliable, mature individuals based in Epsom and surrounding Central Auckland suburbs to join our team of incredible Caregivers. This is a flexible, community-based role supporting older adults to live safely and independently in their own homes.

You'll be making a real difference—offering practical help and genuine companionship to seniors who want to stay connected to their homes and communities. It's meaningful work that fits around your life.

Do you have a few spare hours each week and a big heart? We're looking for compassionate, patient, and empathetic people to support ageing New Zealanders to stay living in their homes for as long as possible.

• Local work
• Flexible hours: 2–10 per week
• Comprehensive training provided – no experience needed

If you're retired or semi-retired and want meaningful work that fits around your life, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with light household tasks and meal preparation
• Offering transport to appointments or errands
• Supporting with personal care (e.g. showering, grooming)
• Giving medication reminders and helping maintain routines

What You'll Bring:

• A kind, respectful, and community-minded approach
• A full NZ driver's licence and reliable transport
• Flexibility and comfort with casual, on-call work
• A Health and Wellbeing certificate is desirable, but not essential
• Experience in aged care is a bonus, but not required
• Permanent Work Eligibility
