Calling All Civil Operators

Bulk Earthmoving Project | 5 Days a Week | 12 hour Shifts Immediate Start

We're on the lookout for experienced and reliable civil operators to join a high-performing team on a major bulk earthworks project in Tirohia.

Positions Available:
  • 30-Tonne Excavator Operators (Bulk Earthmoving Experience Required)
  • Moxy Dump Truck Drivers

    Minimum2 years' experience
Role Details:
  • Location: Tirohia
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday
  • Hours: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts)
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Operating a range of civil construction machinery including excavators & Moxy's
  • Working as part of a close-knit team to deliver high-volume earthworks efficiently and safely
  • Following strict site health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Supporting the successful delivery of large-scale civil infrastructure projects.

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience operating relevant civil machinery
  • WTR endorsementsrequired (must be on your diving license)
  • Able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol test
  • Proven track record of working safely and effectively on busy civil sites
  • Reliable, punctual, and a team player
  • Strong focus on quality and attention to detail
