The RoleOur Customer Care team work along with our Vet Nurses to ensure our clients, and their pets are nurtured from the moment they arrive and receive a positive experience visiting our practice. This role is essential to our team as it keeps our busy environment flowing efficiently throughout the day. Like many Customer Care roles, this role requires an individual to multi-task with ease – between answering phones, serving clients, processing bill payments, assisting farmer enquiries and keeping inward and outward freight well-managed.

Skills and Experience Required
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role.
- Thriving in a busy environment is essential.
- Experience managing inward and outward stock.
- Veterinary industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
- A genuine interest in pet welfare, as well as experience with handling pets is essential.
- Your work ethic, enthusiasm for life and willingness to pitch in with the team around you will be critical to your success in this role.
