About our role

Under the guidance of our experienced Superintendents, this role will focus on providing the best experience possible for our members and guests, by ensuring the course plays exceptionally well through detailed course maintenance.

About you

You will be a proactive and reliable individual, who is able to work autonomously as well as in a team. Other experience and attributes that would be beneficial to your success include:

• Previous experience in high-end resorts will be looked on favourably
• Ability to self-manage and maintain strong levels of productivity with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail, and able to manage and maintain workflow accordingly
• Strong punctuality, organisational skills, and the ability to follow instructions
• Full Driver's License
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and public holidays

About our resort

The South Course designed by Coore & Crenshaw opened October 2022 and recently debuted at #85 on the latest 23/24 Golf Magazine Top 100 Courses in the World List. The North Course designed by Tom Doak and Renaissance Golf, opened October 2023, and has already received critical acclaim.

The courses are sand based and comprised of fine fescue. We strive for the courses to play like a true links course so that the rambunctious shapes and slopes can be used as intended.

An environment with golf courses, accommodations, restaurants, bars, golf retail and concierge set an elevated tone to the member, guest and employee experiences with brand new facilities for the team.

This role will cover a minimum of 32 hours a week.
