What You'll Be Doing

As our Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face of the service department, ensuring customers have a smooth and professional experience every time. Your responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers and managing service bookings
  • Providing accurate service information and updates
  • Preparing job cards and coordinating with technicians
  • Communicating clearly and professionally throughout the service process
  • Ensuring customers leave feeling valued and well cared for

What We're Looking For

  • Service advisor experience is preferred - but we're absolutely open to someone new to the industry with the right attitude, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
