We are currently looking for an Experienced Commercial Cleaning Supervisor or Team Leader with career ambitions in mind

Vacancy & Shift Details:
- Night Supervisor - Tuesday - Saturday [10.45pm-7:30 AM].
- You will need to be a proven 'Night Owl'.
- You must be available for every shift.
About you:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Have 2+ years in Commercial Cleaning and Supervising others.
- Be ambitious in your career development, keen to develop further and be prepared to be a hands-on Commercial Cleaner with your own areas of responsibility daily.
- You will develop the Team with professionalism and confidence.
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand - Have a valid New Zealand Work Visa, Resident Visa, or Citizenship.
- Have a valid FULL Driver's License due to hours of employment.
- Pass a Ministry of Justice (Criminal Conviction History) check
- Physically fit to do the job.
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
- High attention to detail.
- A reliable work ethic with great customer service and communication skills. All of our training, toolboxes, written communications and instructions are in English only. You must have a high, skillful level of English-verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, following training and instructions.
About the role:
- Plan for safe and efficient cleaning activities in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Being in charge of a daily routine that includes vacuuming, mopping, wiping surfaces/edges, clearing bins, and removing waste.
- Cleaning glass, bathrooms, and toilets as well as restocking the supplies of consumables like hand soaps, paper towels, and toilet paper, scrubbing, sweeping and more
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of the Mall's facilities, including escalators, elevators, and other equipment.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues or incidents to the relevant department.
- Ensure that all cleaning equipment and materials are stored securely and used safely.
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations and policies.
- Liaison with your Manager to develop the Team.
